Mediation is a form of assisted negotiation through which you can finally resolve your dispute whether a claim has been filed to competent court of jurisdiction or not. Once the parties (claimant and defendant) to a dispute choose mediation, all judicial proceedings and deadlines are suspended. After reaching an agreement through mediation, filing a lawsuit for the same dispute is inadmissible insofar as its subject is covered by the agreement of the parties and any relative litigation is abolished.
