Disputes concerning the right (moral and property) of intellectual property from works of art, writing, technology,  cinema, photography, music, and any kind of creation produced individually or by a group of groups are among the most damaging disputes both for the protection of the good of the creation as well as for the participants. The out-of-court resolution of such disputes through the process of mediation is appropriate at every stage of the dispute.
