Family Mediation:

This field includes all family and matrimonial disputes, the relations of the spouses during the marriage, ideally before resorting to court proceedings, except of divorce, annulment of marriage, recognition of existence or non-existence marriage and in the case of divorce the non-necessary spouse's claim for non-pecuniary damage, for which the parties may opt for mediation and where legal proceedings have commenced.
